UL applicants for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships are kindly asked to read the below information.

Privacy policy for Erasmus +

  1. University of Lodz (UoL) with its seat at 68, Narutowicza Street, Lodz, Poland is the controller of your personal data.
  2. UoL Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be reached at 68, Narutowicza Street, Lodz, Poland, room 203 or under iod@uni.lodz.pl.
  3. Your data is collected and processed for the purposes of:
    1) recruitment / qualification for travel (including studies, internships, didactic / training trips) as part of the Erasmus + program;
    2) documentation of your mobility under the Erasmus + program upon  qualifying for the mobility programme and/or after successfully completing the recruitment procedure.
  4. Your data is collected and processed following applicable international and national laws as well as local regulations, including but not limited to the Polish Act on Higher Education and Science (Ustawa z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. – Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce, D.U. 2018/1668) and internal UoL decrees (zarządzenia).
  5. Access to your data can be granted to third parties and competent authorities based on provisions of applicable laws or contractual agreements that UoL is party to.
  6. Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the act on national archival resources and archives of the state, other laws and internal UoL regulations.
  7. You have the right to:
    1) access your data,
    2) rectify it if it is inconsistent with the factual circumstances,
    3) demand its deletion, limit its processing or transfer – in cases provided by law,
    4) object to processing of your data,
    5) file a complaint with national data protection authority, i.e. the President of Personal Data Protection Office with their registered office in Warsaw at 2, Stawki Street.
  8. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to meet the aims described in para. 3.

Your data is processed according to applicable laws, in particular following Article 6, paragraph 1, point (b) and (c) of Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; GDPR).
